Is there a return policy?
Since all products are either custom painted or manufactured in exact quantities by preorder all sales on custom shoes and products are final.
Why do I have to pay before you ship them?
Do you pay for your amazon package before or after it arrives?
Shipping
Where do you currently ship?
Anywhere a plane will land. All fees and/or customs charges will be paid by the customer.
What happens if my shoes or another item do not arrive?
I will provide a tracking number for all shipments. Once the tracking number is assigned to your package, JadaFromTheBlock cannot be held liable if an item goes missing.
Where do I send my shoes?
The shipping address for JadaFromTheBlock is given to the client after a design is agreed upon.
What happens if my shoes are damaged when I receive them?
JadaFromTheBlock is not liable for damaged sneakers. All JadaFromTheBlock Sneakers are inspected and photographed prior to shipping. All sales are final.
Design
Will JadaFromTheBlock reproduce custom designs that are ‘sold out’?
Usually No, Jada From The Block will not reproduce it. The reason for doing this is to keep all custom design limited and special.
How long does it take to make a pair?
Wait times vary, in most cases I can get your pair done by whatever deadline as long as its reasonable (aka more than 2-3 weeks out) but it can always be sooner. I like to use that time window as an expectation.
Can you do a sketch of the custom you are going to paint for me?
Yes, as part of the process I draw a custom sketch to make sure we are on the same page.
Can a pair of customs be worn daily?
Yes! All JadaFromTheBlock Customs are great for light casual wear. However, just like art, paint can scuff so wear at your own risk.
Are the shoes safe to wear in the rain?
Yes, they are because each pair is made with acrylic paint which will not wash off in rain.
Does it matter if my shoes have been worn a couple of times?
We require that all sneakers be in new or like new condition. If a shoe cannot be worked on it will be shipped back to customer at their expense.
Does JadaFromTheBlock offer restorations?
At this time we are not offering restorations.
