Back in December of 2021 I had gone back home for Christmas and wasn’t planning on doing any painting over the holiday. My dad (his former QB coach) got a text from Dak asking if I could paint some shoes for him and his friends as a Christmas gift however, I didn’t have any of my supplies with me at the time and it was going to be a lot of money to get all new stuff for the project. After explaining this to Dak, he generously offered to pay for all the new materials I had to buy and at that point the project was a go!

Shortly after starting the Christmas project, he asked if I would be able to paint some of his cleats to wear for the games. Due to Covid having shut down a lot of Nike/Jordan production, the players didn’t receive special player specific cleats like they normally do that year. They had instead received blank black and white pairs. So every week after that we would talk about what color he wanted for his cleats that week, I would paint them, and deliver them back to him or the equipment staff for the games.

Working with Dak really gave me my start in the NFL cleat world and helped me to grow significantly as an artist. Since then we have continued to work together on projects for his charity gala auctions! God blessed me with this incredible opportunity that I never saw coming and has continued to bless me since!

We converted all black into cool grey 11s for playoffs!

I also got to color swap some playoff cleats for Zeke this game too!

These never made it to the field but I had to share them!

These Mental Health based Jordans were auctioned off at Daks charity gala for over $2000!
